Raffle rules –
All prizes listed as a raffle prize will be awarded via a random drawing at The Drawing Party. The final list of prizes will be posted at The Drawing Party and shall be the list of record for prizes. If a prize is awarded through the drawing and is subsequently not available, every effort will be made to find a suitable substitute prize, otherwise a cash prize of $1,000 will be substituted. Winners do not need to be present to win. Raffle ticket sales will cease 10 minutes prior to the start of the drawing of winning tickets. The holder of the first winning raffle ticket drawn will get the first choice out of the raffle prizes. The holder of the second winning raffle ticket drawn will get the next choice out of the remaining raffle prizes. The holder of the third winning raffle ticket drawn will get the next choice out of the remaining raffle prizes. This process will continue until all prizes have been awarded. Once the correct number of winning raffle tickets have been drawn to match the number of raffle prizes available, the drawing will cease. The holder of a winning raffle ticket must provide their prize selection within one week of The Drawing Party, otherwise the Raffle Committee will use their best judgment and award the prize which appears to be the most valuable and convenient prize remaining and this prize will be the prize the winning ticket holder must accept. The Raffle Committee is comprised of Lana Wieland, Jered Wieland, Heather Hartness, Brian Hartness, Linda Hamilton, and Glen Hamilton. All Raffle Committee rulings shall be deemed final. The Drawing Party will be held in the Chicagoland area at a public restaurant no later than February 28^th, 2010. The raffle ticket drawing at The Drawing Party will be videotaped and placed on the internet for everyone to view.
